Conception and implementation of a Germany-wide employer branding awareness campaign to establish an employer brand. As a touchpoint with a clear value proposition, the employer positions itself as an innovative and versatile company and makes the company visible in the long term in the competition for talent on the labor market. The campaign included social media ads, OOH with city lights and large posters in high-traffic areas such as the Berlin subway, as well as digital and animated city lights in the cityscape at selected locations of the client in Münster, Hanover, Frankfurt, Koblenz, Karlsruhe, and Kassel.
