Development of a career page that combines employer branding, technology, and user experience. In close collaboration with Ratiodata, a digital presence was created that positions the company as a modern and innovative employer. A specially developed »Gateway« automated the entire recruiting process and linked it directly to the internal HR software, enabling job vacancies, applications, and job boards to be synchronized automatically. The CMS-based system also offers full editorial control, enables long-term scalability, and significantly reduces the administrative workload in day-to-day business.
